Last night the JV girls lost to Callisburg by scores of 18-25, 15-25.  After falling behind early in game 1 to tough spot serving, the girls got their passing back on target and were able to play with Callisburg point for point.  However, they could not overcome the early point spread.  In game 2 there were some miscommunications on the court that gave away points to Callisburg.  As these young ladies continue to gain experience, these things will improve.  We did have many good things occur during the match.  Lexi Fuller had 5 kills, Demi Griffin served for 10 points, Courtney Bramer continues to do a great job as setter,and Jill McClain and Mary Claire Cogbill played a strong defensive game.
