The Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills is given to each 9th, 10th and 11th grade student in the state of Texas. This test focuses on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills in the areas of Reading/Language arts, Math, Social Studies, and Science.

Students must pass the eleventh grade exit level tests to graduate from high school. Students who do not pass will have sessions in July and during the Spring of their Senior year to re-take any portion that was not passed during the previous administration.
