Mrs. Ragan is a graduate of Bells ISD.  She graduated from Grayson County College and Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  She later obtained her degree in Special Education K-12 grade.  Mrs. Ragan began teaching at Tom Bean in 2009.

 

Mrs. Ragan is married to her best friend Bradley and has three children; Alexandria, Garrett, and Brooklyn.
